EXCITATORY YARDS by Jan St Werner

For the work Excitatory Yards by Jan St. Werner, created for the exhibition Interactions at the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn, two loudspeakers systems were designed that respond to their own rotation and emit sound directionally into the surrounding architecture of the Bundeskunsthalle. This allows the audience to actively influence the auditory experience and explore how the acoustic environment shapes perception.
